• Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or online.
• We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• If we arrive for a scheduled service and cannot access the property, a lockout fee of 50% of the service price will apply.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments.
• Late payments beyond 7 days may be subject to a $25 late fee.

• If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the area at no extra cost.

• Clients must provide entry access (key, code, or someone home). If we are unable to enter, the lockout fee will apply.

✔️ We offer additional services such as deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-renovation cleaning.
❌ We do not handle biohazards, mold removal, hoarding cleanup, or pest infestations.

• We love pets! However, for safety reasons, please secure aggressive pets during the cleaning.
• If your home has excessive clutter, please ensure that surfaces are accessible for proper cleaning.

• While we take great care in handling your belongings, accidents can happen. If we cause any damage, please report it within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
• H&R Cleaning Services is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.

• Clients who sign up for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings receive discounted rates.
• If a recurring service is skipped or canceled, the next cleaning may be charged at a higher one-time rate.

• For business clients, we offer custom cleaning plans tailored to offices, churches, and other commercial spaces.
• Commercial accounts require a signed agreement before service begins.
